Asked for a high and tight. I wear glasses so I didnt notice till I left the right line was a full inch lower than the right. It was right when they closed and wouldn't do anything about it. Never coming here again

I typically have a great experience at this location. The stylists are always so sweet and communicative. I would just say, this is not a place to get your hair fine-tuned or to "just get a trim." I went in today with a haircut that I loved, hoping to just get it cleaned up a bit after growing it our for over a month and came out with shorter hair then when I started over a month ago. What started as a little bit here and there, turned into more and more "just to get it even." I am SO frustrated walking away today, and I hate that this is what I experienced after so many good cuts.
